About Leslie
Leslie is a passionate Realtor® and dedicated leader who has been making an impact in the real estate industry since 2014. As part of the Gene Frederick Organization’s leadership team, Leslie spearheads agent education and technology training; specializing in eXp’s CRM platform, BoldTrail. Her mission is to help agents leverage systems, tools, and automation to build smarter, more sustainable real estate businesses.
Beyond her leadership at eXp, Leslie has served the Realtor® community in numerous capacities across local, state, and national levels. She’s been an active force within the Broward, Palm Beaches, and St. Lucie Realtors® Association, holding key leadership positions including 2025 Awards Committee Chair, 2024 Government Affairs Chair, 2023 Regional Vice President for Palm Beach County, RPAC Co Chair in 2022 and YPN Chair in both 2020 and 2021. She also continues to serve as a Florida Realtors® Director and NAR Director, and was appointed Chair of the 2026 Florida Realtors® Convention Committee. Leslie is a Certified Mentor, Florida Realtors continued education instructor for Introduction To Luxury Real Estate and Newly Licensed, Now What? Focusing on helping agents build their business.
Recognized for her outstanding service and commitment, Leslie has received several honors, including the 2021 Young Professional Realtor® of the Year, the 2022 Humanitarian of the Year Award and 2025 Presidential Acknowledgement Award.
