Born and raised in the charming suburbs of Chicago, Kim Thomason has charted a unique journey through life, combining a diverse range of passions and experiences. After completing studies in broadcasting at Columbia College, Kim found an unexpected calling in the family's Vacuum Cleaner business. Making a pivotal decision, she embraced the opportunity to manage the family's thriving vacuum stores, which led to her emergence as an industry innovator. In 2012, Kim ventured into entrepreneurship, launching her own brand of Vacuum stores, bringing a fresh perspective and exceptional service to the industry. While successfully managing her vacuum business, Kim expanded her horizons by earning a real estate license in Florida in 2015. Since then, she has skillfully juggled two careers as a dedicated realtor and retail store owner, until recently when she decided to go all-in on Real Estate. Beyond her professional pursuits, Kim shares her life with her loving spouse Todd, and a delightful family of three dogs and a cat. She has an undeniable passion for animals, making them a central part of her life. In her free time, Kim indulges in diverse hobbies, including dog training & agility, fitness, and the intricate art of nail design. She is not only an accomplished marathon and ultra-marathon runner but also an enthusiast of HIIT classes, finding exhilaration and fulfillment in pushing herself to new physical limits.
