Lynda Molina brings to her customers 20+ years of successful Sales & Management Leadership experience. Her various leadership roles involved creating marketing campaigns to directly impact & improve her company’s sales results. Her other responsibilities included recruiting, hiring & training associates in different operational roles, effectively dealing with customer service issues, and making timely financial reports to her own leadership regarding her areas of responsibility.

Lynda joined Keller Williams in 2019 where she join the ALC ( Associate Leadership Council) and later became the launch coach for new associates. Her local Keller Williams Preferred Partners office is much more than a name over a brokerage door.  The Keller Williams International parent company, her Palm Beach County dynamic brokerage office, where she works and the extensive internal support teams are all driven by passionate associates, like Lynda, who have a mutual interest in meeting and exceeding your real estate expectations. Lynda then joined EXP, the world's largest real estate company by agent count and volume in the U.S.
