About Bianca
My love for real estate began to develop at the age of 10, when I started to accompany my mother on her appointments for my family’s renovation business. I was able to see the projects before renovation began and after the client saw the final product. Witnessing the clients’ astonishment when they saw the changes to their homes, made me fall in love with real estate. My mother saw my passion and enrolled me into a real estate course right after I graduated from high school, before I received my college degree. Despite pursuing a different career, my passion for real estate has stuck with me from childhood into adulthood.
After college, I worked for 17 years in marketing for the entertainment business, servicing A-list clients. During this time, I earned the reputation of being a “problem solver” because I was able to “make it happen.” Eventually, I decided to pursue my lifelong dreams, get my realtor license, and take this business seriously. Ever since I received my license 3 years ago, I have assisted a number of clients. I strive to provide high-quality, personalized service to every person I work with, building relationships that extend beyond the real estate contract with each client.
Over the course of my career, because of my extensive experience in the South Florida real estate market, I have developed vast knowledge of this market. I specialize in different aspects of real estate, from helping clients buy and sell their first property, to negotiating the best deal on distressed properties for my investors, to assisting clients who are searching for real estate in the luxury market.
